How do I access Fareplay?

Download the Fareplay app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, scan the QR code at the clubhouse, on your scorecard, or at tee boxes to connect to your course and start ordering.

Do I need to download an app?

Yes — the Fareplay app is required and available on the App Store and Google Play. Download it before your round to order food and drinks on the course.

What payment methods are accepted?

Fareplay accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Digital payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment platform used by millions of businesses.

Can I tip the cart staff?

Yes. When you place your order, you can add a tip for the cart staff right in the app. Tips go directly to the person delivering your order.

How do I know when my order is coming?

After you submit your order, you can track the beverage cart on a real-time GPS map. You will see the cart moving toward your location so you know exactly when it will arrive.

What if I move to a different hole?

No problem. Fareplay uses GPS to keep your location updated in real time. If you move to the next hole before your order arrives, the cart staff will see your new position and deliver to where you actually are.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I order for my group?

Yes. You can add as many items as you like to a single order. Whether you are ordering for yourself or your entire foursome, just add everything to the cart and submit one order.
